I’m an absolute meat smoking novice, in fact any cooking for that matter, so when I picked my mini un I thought I’d struggle to get the results I’d want to taste. When taking delivery I could see how well built it was from the off! I opted for the legs and was surprised how sturdy it was. Nick showed me the ins and out and the do’s and dont’s of the mini un. Recommended meat and recipes even a novice like myself couldn’t mess up. I received cook times/temps, rub ingredients etc from nick and a few helpful pointers and on my way I went. I’m still no pro chef but but the meat I’m cooking tastes fantastic. I can’t wait for the summer months and lock down to finish so I can take the mini un on my camping adventures. Great product!!
