Low n Slow- The Mini-Un Holds 3.5Kg+ of Pork/Lamb Shoulder or Beef Chuck to feed plenty!
Hot n Fast- On either the standard handmade stainless steel grill or the cast iron upgrade expect to grill 4 good sized steaks at a time to charred perfection!
Onepot Dishes- Cook stews, curries or soups but with the added flick of smoky Barbecue taste..
On the spit- With the Rotisserie attachment upgrade you can spin an extra large chicken, approximately 10” of pork for juicy crispy crackling or 3 large pieces of Picanha Beef, Self basting IS the future!!
Plancha- Use the newly developed Plancha hotplate attachment to sear 4 smashburgers at a time, steak and onions for a philly cheesesteak or bacon, eggs and mushrooms as a full English brekkie or flip it to double up as a..

United KingdomI was recommended the mini 'un by multiple friends, so ofcourse i had to! And it doesn't disappoint! It's small and easy enough to carry but durable and simple to use. Nick keeps in contact with people that buy and gives information on setting up and looking after it. The groups set up on social media are brilliant for helping any new smokers, getting advice and sharing new recipes and techniques. Would recommend to anyone, join beard smoke! Get a mini 'un!

United KingdomI’ve had my mini un now about a year and cook probably 2/3 times a month on it at home. Always keeps its temp for many hours. Got all the information off nick of how to start up as I didn’t have a clue. Always there to help if I had any questions. 10/10 quality product

United KingdomThis little smoker is a great machine, It’s lights really easily, Can hold a set temperature for at least 6 hours, And can reach a high enough temperature to cook prime steak, I love my mini un!
